“Growing up, I rarely had passion for anything but now I am filled with passion for cooking. Cooking, especially frying, really helps me because I see it as a way of letting the emotions I feel out into the world. It's a way of expressing my happiness and all the Joy I feel deep down, it's a way of me being happy. Secondly, it's very creative and seeing how you mix up different ingredients to make something that looks and tastes better is always so inspiring. When I grow, besides being a doctor I'll love to own a restaurant so that at least once in a while I can share my joy in the form of food with others.”
