You will have an impact beyond measure, changing the arc of a scholar’s life for the better.
Your contributions will go towards our pledge to cover educational expenses of up to 200,000 FCFA ($300) per scholar per academic year. School fees remain critical for our scholars, with school materials and national exams (Cameroon GCE Ordinary and Advanced level) registration fees being also very important for our scholars.
In our selection process, we review each candidate holistically and consider demonstrated financial need, academic aptitude, and future potential. After selecting a Urega Scholar, we pair them with a mentor to ensure they remain on course with their education and keep working towards their dreams and goals.
Your donation will go into three buckets: school fees, national exam registration fees, or academic materials. Nothing else! All our members are volunteers dedicated and passionate about helping the next generation of youths, and I cover administrative and marketing costs relating to the foundation. You may make your donation unrestricted to help support the foundation, but we aim to support our scholars first.
